Injection Technique

Can I develop scar tissue or lipohypertrophy from repeated injections?

Yes. Injecting in the same spot repeatedly can cause lipohypertrophy—hardened, lumpy fatty tissue that also reduces absorption of the peptide. Rotate your injection sites systematically: use different areas of the abdomen, thighs, and upper arms, and don't return to the same spot for at least a week or two. If you notice any hard lumps or thickened skin, avoid that area until it resolves.
