Do NOT convert doses 1:1 between drugs. Always start at the clinical starting dose of the new drug (2.5 mg for tirz, 2 mg for reta) and titrate up from there, even if you were on a high dose of the previous drug. Expect appetite to return temporarily at the starter dose.
