How do I calculate my dose in syringe units?

Formula: (desired dose ÷ total mg in vial) × total units of BAC water added On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. So if you added 3 mL (300 units) of BAC water to a 30 mg vial and want 5 mg: (5 ÷ 30) × 300 = 50 units
