Used for libido enhancement. Major nausea is common because it activates MC4 receptors in the brainstem. Standard anti-nausea medications (Zofran, Dramamine) may not work because they target different nausea pathways. Start well below the standard 1.75 mg dose and inject 4–6 hours before planned activity. The nausea fades in the first hour while the desired effect can last up to 24 hours.
