No single diet is required or best for everyone on GLP-1 therapy. The medication does the heavy lifting on appetite and calorie reduction. What matters most is protein intake (see above), adequate nutrition, and sustainability. Keto is safe to combine but not necessary—and the reduced appetite may make very restrictive diets harder to sustain. High-fat meals may worsen GI side effects for some people. Focus on eating enough protein, fruits, vegetables, and whole foods rather than following a strict dietary framework.
